Fees

Online Video Consultation / In-Person Consultation:

• Initial Consultation / Psychotherapy sessions are charged at INR 2500/-per session.
• Psychological assessments using standardized scales are conducted on a need basis and are charged separately.  
• All payments are to be made before the start of each session.

Mode of Payment

Payments are online by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or directly to Bank Account by UPI/PayPal/Google Pay/Paytm.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only once the payment process is completed.

Session Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions only once and at least 24 hours in advance without additional charges. 

No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under exceptional circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment is completed, appointments can be rescheduled only once. Appointments cannot be cancelled once the payment is made.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
